Ordering Online

 

Placing an order with The Oldest Sweetshop couldn’t be simpler.

Select the item you would like to purchase and click “add to cart” Once you have finished adding items to your basket, click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to your shopping cart.

At this stage if you would like to include a gift message, type your desired text into the box below your items marked “add a gift message to your order”

When you are happy with the items/gift message, click “check out” this will take you to a new page which will prompt you to enter your delivery address and payment information. Here you will also be able to select shipping options

You can make an account with us if you plan on making more orders in the future – this isn’t a requirement, but will mean your contact and delivery details will be saved for a quicker checkout next time around.

If you wish to use the express checkout, click on the Shop, PayPal or GPay icons to be directed to their sites and log in to your account with them.

Once your details are entered and you are happy to complete the order, click “pay now” and you will be directed to a page confirming your order is complete and ready to be processed and one of our friendly team will get to work packing your sweets. You will also receive an email confirming this

Please make a note of your reference number. This will help us answer any queries you may have quickly and efficiently should you need to contact us after your order is placed.
