Ordering Online

Placing an order with The Oldest Sweetshop couldn’t be simpler.

You simply need to add your chosen items to your cart using, fill in the relevant contact, delivery and payment details and checkout.

Before you hit 'checkout' on your cart there will be an option to add a gift message to your order, don’t forget to do this if you are wanting a personalised message. Whilst we can always add this on later should you forget we do pack up orders quickly so you will need to get in touch quickly to add this.

Once you have hit checkout you will be asked to fill in your personal details, name address etc, before being given the option to choose which kind of shipping method you would like. Please ensure you choose the correct option – noting the difference in delivery times etc.

Fill in your payment details choosing your chosen method of payment and click ‘Proceed and Review’. If you have chosen to pay by card, you will now be directed to the very secure SagePay website where you can choose which card you would like to pay with. You will then be asked to enter your card number, your name, expiry date and the last three digits on the back of your card.

Your card supplier may ask for your 3D Secure password (online version of chip and pin) or if you do not have a password, you will be asked to create one.  This is a normal online process created by your card issuer.  For further information, please refer to our FAQs

If you have chosen to pay with Paypal, you will be taken to the Paypal website where you will be asked for your Paypal login details.

You can make an account with us if you plan on making more orders in the future – this isn’t a requirement, but will mean your contact and delivery details will be saved for a quicker checkout next time around.

Once you are finished filling in the details on the check out page, please click on the Place Order Now button. If you have mistyped or missed some details on the check out page, you will be notified now.

Your order will now have been accepted and payment from your card will have been taken.

Please make a note of your reference number. You will receive an automated email confirming your order and you can check your orders progress by clicking on My Dashboard.  You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
