Ordering Online FAQ's

Ordering Online

Firstly log in or create an account – at the top right of the page you will see Login/Register.  Please note: you can always login or create an account later when checking out.

New Customer

If you are a new customer please click on the Create an Account button

Please fill out in all the boxes – first name, last name, email address, password and confirm password – and please take the time to check you have entered your details correctly especially your email address.

Please tick the receive our newsletter box so we can email you our exciting newsletters.

We suggest your password should be alphanumerical but this is not essential. 

After you click Submit, your details you will be transferred to ‘My Dashboard’.  You do not have to fill in the details on this page as it will automatically be updated once you place an order.


If you already have an account please enter your email address and password and click on Login in

You will be taken to My Dashboard where you can order previous orders or update your information.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the Forgot your Password link.

My Dashboard

The Dashboard is a very useful page!  You can add an address, edit your details, view previous orders or sign up to our newsletter.

And you can view a snapshot of your recent account activity.

Ordering your favourite sweets

If you know what sweets you would like, please type the name in our search box located at the top right of the page

If your would like to reminiscence your old time favourite sweets, you can simply browse through our confectionery by hovering over or clicking one of the drop down boxes at the top of the screen i.e Buy Sweets, Buy Chocolate etc

The Buy Sweets page has all our sweets listed in alphabetical order and you can choose your favourite type of sweet by clicking on the links to the left of the page e.g. Liquorice & Aniseed

Click the picture of your chosen sweet where you can read more detail, view weights & prices.  If you would like the product, please click on Add to Cart.
Any products you have added to cart will be on view under My Basket to the right of the page.

My Basket

To view all the sweets you have added to cart, please click on Bags picture on the top right of the page.

You can change the quantity or delete your selected sweets here.

To change the quantity, please type in the number of bags you wish to order under Qty, then click on the Update Shopping Cart button.
Once you are happy with your basket contents, you can Proceed toCheck Out.

If you wish to send your sweets to more than 2 addresses, please click on the Check Out with Multiple Addresses button

Check Out

To make checking out as simple and quick as possible, you can fill in all your details onto one page! 

If you have not logged in already, please click on the Already registered? Click here to login link.  After logging in, your details will automatically fill the boxes to the left of the page.

If you have not created an account, please fill in the following under Billing Address; your name, email address (please check that this is correct), telephone, and create a password then retype the password in the confirm password box. 

Please type your postcode into the Postal Code box.  Your address will automatically be looked up saving you time.   

To send your sweets to the same address, please UNclick on the Ship to the same address. 

In the middle section of the check out page, please select the postal rate.

We accept two forms of payment via secure SagePay or Paypal.  Debit/credit card payments are taken through our secure online payment provider Sagepay or Paypal.  

To the right of the checkput page you can review your order and include an optional Gift Message (please click the box).  You can also opt in to our Newsletter and tell us confidentially how you heard about us.

Once you are finished filling in the details on the check out page, please click on the Place Order Now button.  If you have mistyped or missed some details on the check out page, you will be notified now.

If you have chosen to pay by card, you will now be directed to the very secure SagePay website where you can choose which card you would like to pay with. You will then be asked to enter your card number, your name, expiry date and the last three digits on the back of your card.

Your card supplier may ask for your 3D Secure password (online version of chip and pin) or if you do not have a password, you will be asked to create one.  This is a normal online process created by your card issuer.  For further information, please refer to our FAQs

If you have chosen to pay with Paypal, you will be taken to the Paypal website where you will be asked for your Paypal login details.  If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay by entering your debit/credit card.  Once you have processed your payment, you will be redirected back to our website where you can review your order and click the 'Place Order' button.

Your order will now have been accepted and payment from your card will have been taken.

Please make a note of your reference number.   You will receive an automated email confirming your order and you can check your orders progress by clicking on My Dashboard.  You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.
