Return Policy

Returns Procedure

If you are not entirely happy with your gift then you can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving it, providing it is sent back in the same condition that it was received.

Please log in to your account online and follow the instructions to request a return. Once your return has been authorised we will email you a link to generate a returns label through Royal Mail.

Please note that this returns label costs £3.95 and this amount will be deducted from your refund. Please also note that we might charge a 10% re-stocking fee for any returned item.

Damages Procedure

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged by the courier, then please contact us immediately at hello@oldestsweetshop.co.uk and provide your order number and pictures of the damage.

Our team will work quickly to resolve any issues that you have and a replacement/refund can be organised without causing you any further inconvenience.

Refunds Procedure

All refunds will be processed through your original payment method. You should contact your Bank/PayPal/card provider for more information about how long these refunds can take.

Our team will efficiently process your refund and you will receive a notification via email once we have done so.

Undelivered Items

Please note that if an incorrect address has been provided, or the recipient refuses the delivery then the item will be returned back to us, at a charge. Your order will be refunded once the item has been received back from the courier, minus any delivery charges, return label fees and re-stocking fees, as per the information above.

Please ensure that your address information is correct and that the recipient knows that they have a gift arriving.
